Change of Mind:
We do not facilitate exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Exceptions will be considered if an error is proven to be on our part, supported by valid customer evidence.

Order Cancellations:
All orders placed are final and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Defective Items:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items. Please provide video proof of unboxing, from seal opening to conclusion, without edits or filters, within 24 hours of order receipt.

Refund Process:
For damaged goods, a refund will be processed upon verification of the unboxing video proof. Claims without evidence will not be entertained.

Size Issues:
No refund or exchange will be considered for size-related concerns.

Conditions for Refund:

Unboxing video must cover package details, including the name, address sheet, and order bill.
Video should be unfiltered, unedited, and submitted via email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Refund only covers the product cost, not shipping.
Damaged product exchanges are subject to availability; refunds are offered if the product is unavailable.

Exceptions:
Sale and discounted items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Orders in transit cannot be canceled or refunded.
No refund or cancellation for courier-related delays.
No refund or cancellation for regularly processed orders.

Shipping Charges:
No refund or exchange if the product has been used.

Lost or Misplaced Packages:
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
No refund for rejected prepaid orders at delivery.
Zirconia Stones:

Damage or loss of Zirconia stones is not covered under our policy.
Customer Responsibility:

If the package is returned due to customer error (wrong/incomplete details), a 50% refund will be processed within 15-20 days.
Reporting Timeframe:

Failure to report issues within 24 hours after receiving products will result in no refund or exchange initiation.
